Diffusing: To use a diffuser, fill the bowl with water & add 20 - 25 drops of essential oil or synergy to the water. As the water heats, the scent of the essential oils will be released into the air.

Misting: To make a mist, add about 10 drops of essential oil or synergy to a 6O ml (2 oz.) bottle, shake well & spray

Use in a diffuser (car or home). Diffuser blends are not diluted in a carrier oil & should not be applied directly to the skin. You can mix it in distilled water to create a refreshing spray or in a carrier oil or lotion to apply to the skin, or in bath salts for a refreshing bath.
